Plant health: We check every plant for pests before it ships. The photos show the plant you will get. Arrival: If a plant arrives damaged or unwell, message us with a photo, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can see it as it arrived. We will put it right with you. Returns: We do not take returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Shipping: We pack plants to travel and post early in the week so they are not stuck in transit over a weekend. We only ship to states whose plant rules allow it.
